Snooze News....

Your old mattress could be affecting your overall health. Sleep loss can lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and increase your risk for some types of cancer. While some mattresses carry a warranty of 10 years or more, most experts recommend replacing them every 5 to 7 years or sooner if you are waking up stiff, sore or achy.

Studies found that sleeping on a new mattress reduced lower back pain by an average of more than 50% and improved overall sleep quality by an average of over 60%!
